Six steps from call to handover
No step can be skipped — that is the whole point. Work starts only once you have agreed the estimate.
Request
You leave a number — we call back within fifteen minutes during working hours and find a slot that suits you.
Check-in
We take the car in on a signed record with photos of the body and interior. Keys, mileage, equipment — all documented.
Inspection
Diagnostics and a report: what is critical, what can wait six months and what need not be touched at all.
Estimate
Sent by messenger: labour, parts, timing, alternatives for components. We wait for your yes.
The work
A photo report at every stage. If something new turns up, we stop and agree it with you again.
Handover
A test drive with the technician, a walk-through of the work done, documents and a warranty on the labour.

Frequently asked
You can. In that case the warranty covers our labour only — the part itself is the seller's responsibility. Before fitting we check compatibility by VIN and tell you if a part looks doubtful.
The cost of computer diagnostics is deducted from the final invoice if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, you pay for the diagnostics only and take the full defect report with you.
Our labour is covered for 1,000 km or two weeks, whichever comes first. Parts we fit carry the manufacturer's own warranty: if one fails, we take it up with the supplier. It does not cover normal wear items or damage from use outside the maintenance schedule.
Armenian, Russian and English. We send the estimate, the defect report and the photo report in whichever language suits you — just tell us when you book.
